Hypocrite.com LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, (the “Company“), operates a website using the domain name hypocrisy.com (”Site“) and may collect and maintain information about its users (the “User” or “you“).Information Collected. The type of information that a User provides to the Company while accessing the Site will depend upon the activity being performed by such User. For example, if a User engages in any activity on the Site that does not require such User to have a registered account or a licensed domain name from www.realpersonas.com (together, an “Account“), such as watching a video, then the Company will collect limited personal information from the User. However, if the User participates in any activity on the Site that requires the use of an Account, such as uploading videos, posting comments, or watching restricted videos, then the Site will require the User to have an Account. The information collected may include the name, address, email address, telephone number, billing, payment, usage, credit and transaction information, User ID, and User Password and demographic information such as age and gender.
Use of Information. The Company may and will likely use any personal information it receives for the following purposes:
- The Company may record information about your usage, such as when you use the Site, the videos you watch, the contacts you communicate with, the videos you watch, and the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in the Site. If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account.
